This one-day workshop converted the basics to actual reality, and the exercise on understanding Gen Z, a growing part of our target group, was an eye-opener

I learned about Gen Z handling, Empathic behaviour, Listening skills (paraphrasing, asking questions, summarizing), and Guarding against Biases at our workplace

I liked the way empathy was taught through the workshop, giving me a new perspective on empathic handling

Good Facilitation by the Trainer with active participation and discussions, along with good brainstorming sessions. This workshop helped me understand and unlearn concepts on Understanding Needs, Guest Expectations, and Avoiding Stereotypes. It helped re-align my understanding on Empathy and Communicating empathy. It would have been nice to have more time to delve into the topics further

I loved the simplicity of the trainer in explaining the various topics covered and I learned about the circle of influence and concern, guest champions, Gen Z and their utility and potential
