What I liked best about the program

A great learning experience on thinking out of the box, focusing on strengths rather than weaknesses, seeing the larger picture, understanding my team, and professional team handling ethics.

I found this session particularly valuable in terms of managing stress through the circle of concern and influence. The case study on Chef Sudhakar was very interesting, and it would have been nice if there had been more time to analyse this case further.

This session was very good, engaging, and informative. I learned to concentrate on my strengths rather than my weaknesses.

A very interesting and positive session with lots of learning on leadership skills, which will help me to take my team forward.

An engaging, motivating, interactive, and informative session. I liked the exercise on ‘The Generational Quandary’ and loved the interaction amongst my peers in this session.

Very relatable topics on the different skillsets required as a leader, adapting mindsets, and handling different generational cohorts.

A fresh and different perspective on leadership, and I liked the part on nurturing talent through Talent Identification and Talent Management.

This was an informative workshop with strong participant involvement, and I learned to analyse my team members’ talents.

A good refresher on Team Management and self-analysis as a leader, this workshop was very engaging, interactive, with new learnings too (Circle of concern & influence).

This session taught me how to handle my team, with inputs on handling manpower through talent identification and management.

Today’s leadership session was a very impressive and engaging one, with regular thinking questioned and challenged, and different perspectives on looking at things in a positive way.

An engaging and interactive workshop with meaningful activities, practical ideas, and useful guidance on leadership skills.

Today’s leadership session was very structured, and it pushed us to think beyond our boundaries. I picked up on the importance of concentrating on strengths over weaknesses.

Leadership and managing team from a different perspective was one of my learnings, and I enjoyed the conversations and exercise on “The Generational Quandary,” and the gap between the Generations X, Y, and Z.
