- Objectives & Relevance: Participants consistently rated the training objectives as well-defined and highly relevant to their roles. Sessions boosted morale, confidence, and motivation.
- Content & Structure: Topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and self-awareness were appreciated for their practical applicability. Content was informative, structured, and easy to follow. Many participants mentioned learning new leadership qualities and practical concepts applicable to their roles.
- Session Duration: Generally considered sufficient, though a few participants suggested longer sessions for deeper engagement.
